In this pivotal stretch of Mark’s Gospel, the pace slows down but the tension deepens. Jesus performs familiar miracles with deeper significance: multiplying bread, healing in stages, and confronting spiritual blindness. Despite all they’ve seen, the disciples still don’t fully grasp who He is. This section is marked by confusion, questions, and the growing urgency of Jesus’ identity.

In “Bread & Blindness”, we trace the tension between physical sight and spiritual understanding, leading to the turning point of Peter’s bold confession. It’s a moment of clarity in the fog—a turning point in the Gospel and in their journey of faith.

Join us in our continuing study on the Gospel of Mark as we explore what it really takes to see Jesus clearly—and the personal breakthroughs that come when we finally do.

We are LIVE every Sundays 10am, 1pm and 4pm.

Ways to Give

You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. (2 Corinthians 9:7-8)
